Full rotation.

When radial tires first came out, it was recommended that once a tire was used in one direction, it always be used in that direction. There was a fear of delamination. After much testing it was determined that the fears were unfounded.

There are some uniderectional tires, but these are mostly high performance varieties. Generally, these are not seen on Vanagons. ;-)
