Oh yes! Your tax dollars at work. It took the resources of the Department of Energy's Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory to discover something which any fool who has ever used duct tape already knows. Now, for the next topic: why would a stellar example of the best this country has to offer (i.e., an army general trained at no small effort nor cost) think that berets made in China were going to be anything other than shit?
