Hi List Guru's,

My basic question is: is there a difference between the front brakes and/or suspension of the 1985 and the 1987 2wd GL's?

The reason I'm asking is that I have the "Big Brake" kit coming from RSA that was originally going on the '87. I've since decided to rebuild an '85 that I just picked up (better body). I plan on 'going through' the suspension anyway (bearings, ball joints, etc.) but am wondering if I will have to cannibalize any of the '87 parts to fit the new brakes.

I looked in the archives but had no luck. One letter talked a bit about a difference between '84 and '85 but was pretty vague. Any insights will be appreciated.

Arlen
