Hi Yoshi! The cause of your problem is a "missing access code". The CD-ROM Bentley software, must connect to Bentley Company through the internet, in order to get the code. If you now have a new computer, you must get the code again. This is to prevent software piracy. You could send them an email, and ask them what to do. I have the same problem after I got a new computer, but since I got the Bentley CR ROM in exchange for cupholders (a listee works at Bentley) - I do not care or worry - I prefer the Bentley Book, anyways.
