I learned a long time ago not to wait forever for someone to call me back.
About the time I think they should be calling me back, I call them. I
realize they might be the only focus of my attention, while I am but one
thin line on their list.  It pays hugely to be very proactive about these
things and get over the fact they blew the return call. That said, I am
certainly impressed by organizations (and individuals) that mean what they
say and say what they mean. Bus Depot has been good to me.....

anyone else having trouble with bus depot's shipping?  ordered heads and
gasket kit while back, got the heads last friday (came directly from
rebuilder), NO GASKETS (coming from them), called them three times, said
they'd call me back friday----no call, called again today-----no call back,
anyone know what's up?
