Myron, I found the underlayment foam (recommended by Rich) at Home Depot. Unfortunately, it only came in 100 ft2 rolls for $70. I wasn't able to find any thin enough at any of the flooring stores I tried, so I ordered a new flap from the dealer ($75). After 3 weeks, dealer told me it was no longer available (they don't even list the gasket material). So...what I found instead was an extra thin mousepad. Stripped the patterned 'liner' off, cut it, and it works great. Seals tight w/no leakage at all. One mouse pad is enough for 2 repairs. Good Luck Keith Hughes '86 Tiico Westy BTW - Dealer called two weeks later to say the flap finally came in!!!
