I bought a new set of rotor's, pads and bearings, on Sunday--- I was notified with a tracking number on Monday morning, and thanked for the order to boot----- There must be something wrong here ---good business practices? Thanks for the order? A notification of the stuff leaving? A tracking number? Oh my God--unheard of !!!!
Agast with delight---

E-mail message From Steve Blackham I ordered a new set of rotors for my 91 Vanagon early Monday morning. They were on my doorstep early this morning. I emailed them some questions on Monday and received two email messages and a phone call from them on Monday. I never remember this kind of service from one East Coast supplier. Thanks, Volkscafe! You have my business.
