Peter B. of Tii Trading Company does exist. BUT according to him he is swamped with emails and work. He doesn't monitor this list as far as i can tell. So yeah, he exists... somewhat... One reason he doesn't respond to these problems is that he is NOT a mechanic. He imports and sells engine kits. If you are installing a tiico, don't call him for advice, call me, ken, karl, etc. Also, i am not sure how much power he has in fixing these problems. I went to him w/ one problem and he said he'll email the guys in SA and see what they think. I somewhat feel he is just a pawn and doesn't make the warranty decisions unless they are obvious (like a bad water pump or something like that).
