Once you understand the OEM circuit, you can build the same circuit for about $10 or less. Bus Depot tells us how they sell their kit with a Hella relay. I bought a set of Hella lights which came with a 30-amp relay as part of the package. Recently while hunting parts for the headlight upgrade, I discovered that the VERY same relay was being sold at Radio Shack for $5.99. So with some basic wire, a fuse, and the relay you have the kit.

Anyone on the list can tell you how to wire it.

Don't mean to step on Bus Depot's toes because his price isn't out of line and includes directions - but if your budget is thin, build it yourself.
