Bob,

I substitute 1 quart of Marvel for one quart of oil---

I dump my oil every 3000 miles---

Consensis is, or may be, that I'm diluting my oil--which it more thanlikly is----

But I run 20-50 Castrol all year round, and I have never had a clack out of any of my engine's, and they always start in the coldest of weather---and the internals of the engine are as clean as new---

I also run the MMO in my gas in the hot weather, not only to lube up the valve train, but I feel it's a good thing to do, to prevent galling from pushing the Van, as well as my Bus a bit too hard in the heat--

It also keeps the injector's squeeky clean---
