Subject: The Better Waterboxer Motor....the simpler 1.9L or the 2.1L with
              all ofthose additional hoses....reliability?...power?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

It seems that the 1.9L motor. with 82 bhp , while less powerful than the 2.1L w/ 95 bhp.....is alot less complicated with coolant hoses, failure prone waterpumps and thermostats...... I wonder if a digijet and a digifant were used on a 2.1L if the power output would be comparable.....I like the 2.1L.....just don"t like the hose layout of the 2.1L.......so 2.1L case on a 1.9L layout seems to be the choice........any opinions.........Boston Bob? ...I know you have a 2.1L in a 1.9L layout with digijet....how do you like it?

Malibu Tony..........85' Westy w/ 1.9L......soon will either be a 69 x 96 using the 1.9L or will bump her up to a 2.4L.......82 x 96
