For the sake of accuracy, I said that I believe the material I used to renew
the heater flaps was intended to be used under some type of floor covering; I
can't recall if it is used under vinyl sheet goods or some type of wood-like
floating floor or ???.  Your best bet is to truck on down to a floor covering
specialist and see what he has on those bigass rolls.  Alternately, the flap
gaskets are available, for a price, from VW.
