William---

Did you read this is a drive away tent?

You are still half unattached---

And why would you want to spend the big money for a Vanagon, when you could have a Chevette, and a motel room?

Your missing the total experience William---

E-mail message

I guess I'm just not informed enough to qualify for a vanagon aficionado. Why would I want to attach a tent to my van at $600 when I can go to target and get a great tent for $300 or so and pitch it a distance away for privacy for the kids or guests? And maybe get an awning for the van. I just do not get the ugly tent thing. Am I missing something? I always thought the vanagon experience was to get unattached and freedom bound. William 1989 Chevette
