Subject: CO questions
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

1) If I test my 02 sensor and find that it is in spec, can I therefore assume that I do not need to adjust for CO? The question arises because practically every FI procedure in the Bentley begins "...test for CO and adjust..."

2) Is there a way to test CO without Sun equipment?

I'm trying to resolve idle issues, namely rythmic "surging" of about 100 rpms at warm idle. I replaced my temp II sensor and the cold performance of my 87 improved dramatically, however that idle hunting is driving me crazy. Bob W. 87 Westy
