I have a Reimo (sp?) side tent that I bought four years ago for my 70 Westy. It cost about $600, which is pricey but not much more than some wonks were paying for 30-year-old canvas Westy side tents. Wonderful, wonderful addition to any van. Stores nicely in the front roof rack of my 87 Westy, sets up in about 20 minutes (with practice -- there about 8,000 pieces to the thing) and it doubles the living space of the van. When I camp at a site with a picnic table I generally bring the entire table inside the tent. It's called the "Casa Grande." 'nuff said.
