Volks,


When ordering the hose kit for my van I told Ken it was higher than 6000 so
he send my the hoses for that engine.  The VIN indicates higher than 6000
but the hoses were wrong, the engine took the earlier hoses.


I called he said he send the correct ones and I paid for 2nd day air.  I got
them today, second day, and they appear to be correct.  The invoice
indicates that he gave me credit for the other hoses even though he couldn't
have received them yet as they were sent Wednesday by UPS ground.


So he sent the right stuff, on time, on an error that VW made 17 years ago
and credited me for stuff he hadn't gotten back yet.


Boy, is he in big trouble with customer service like that.  Sorry Ken.
