Subject: Type IV oil dip stick tube fitting? (NVC)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Does anyone out there know where I might be able to find a fitting that would allow me to add a dip stick tube to the pulley end of a type IV engine in place of one of the ovalish block off plates near the bottom of the engine (instead of having the tube enter through a hole in the engine case). I have successfully transplanted an engine from a 412 into my 914 but have had no way to check the oil level except to do an oil change.
