Subject: Where do you mount the seatbelts for the rear facing seats?

I am installing my WhiteStar interior into my 86 Syncro. For those who are not familiar with the WhiteStar it is a higher level interior with the fold down rear seat, pop up table and a single rear facing seat that is bolted behind the driver seat. I am sure it is quite similar to the Weekender interior.

My question is, where do I fasten the seat belts for the rear facing seat and were they the static or retractable type?
