If someone designed a front and rear bumper blueprint and posted it free (just download) Then one could just take the plans to a local welder and PRESTO! $300 for the front bumper, $300 for the rear, thats about it in parts and labor IMO. No $200 shipping charges. No $100 packing fee. No importing tax, just money for parts and labor MADE IN AMERICA...for a change:)

I work in a steel yard so I can get most any size pipe, beams, H-piles, z-piles, I-beams etc.. etc... If an engineer from the list were to design some blueprints/plans I could have some bumpers fabricated much cheaper and much stronger than "shedule 40/1.5"OD-my little couzins forearm is thicker than that:)...That rear bumper is sweet but Is this size a misprint or something? It looks bigger than 1.5" OD!
