I finally got the time to work on my van and I want to thank all the people to helped me with their experience.

I changed the instrument cluster on my 84 and the new tach is working perfectly. Thanks to all that responded with the wiring changes I I had to make. The new digital clock does not work though. Does anyone know if a new (or used) clock can be purchased somewhere? I searched on the BD site but the part number was not listed (255 919 203).

I also was able to installed the y-shaped pieces for the gas lines. The part number turned out to be 251 201 147, which also includes the preasure compensating line tube. So a single part number includes the two y-shaped pieces and the plastic tube between them.

Thanks again to everyone. When we receive help from someone who does not ask anything in return, it makes me feel good about our race.

Thanks again.
