Thank you all gentlemen's., very nice of you to reply (many p-mail also) I will try tonight with an analog multimeter. My meter is giving me 120-450mv even when both + & - wire are stored (touching nothing!!!) I guess my meter is not very precise when less than 1 volt. But I know it's working because when I touch the OS sensor wire (Green) on the van side(OS wire unplug) I get a steady .45 volt, as soon as I plug back the OS wire (OS side to the green one) the voltage start oscillating erratically and loosing the steady .45 reading.
