I don't think my Real Analysis prof would concur that subjective experience counts as proof. Isn't it one of the fundamental tenets of capitalism that the free market shall decide who is and isn't successful? Vote with your wallet. I doubt all this back and forth about BD will have much impact on buying behavior in the macro. I suppose if it makes you feel better, go ahead. Perhaps a careful reflection on why it makes you feel better would be more useful. flame away! Can we have an analysis of customer satisfaction on EVERY SINGLE order BD ships... Sheesh people, give it a rest already. If they screw up do we all have to hear about it????? Grow up and deal with it. Didn't your mother ever tell you not to tattle tale? Bill
statsistically i think we CAN prove BD faults here, i know in my own experiences with the BD compared to other vendors......i recieve WAY better service and satisfaction, while with the BD, more often than not mind you, i get excuses, broken parts and i save about 3 bucks, is it worth it?? let the list (and the public) decide. people should be accountable for their operation. jeff |
