However, I believe the legal definition of "up to 20%" includes zero per cent, so you might have to test on a brand-by-brand basis to see which ones it's brighter than. Also our visual response is logarithmic, so a measured 20% increase in intensity will translate to far less than a 20% perceived difference. So if there's an advantage it's here, but...I don't think it's worth four times the price.
