Cheap racers buy cheap parts. They aren't the winners. When the Winston Cup Races start you'll never find a MAYBE block in the whole field. That goes for every other racer except *Street Racers*. Who wants to risk $500,000.00 on a used block? You can bet your used block that thay don't want your used block.
