In its 49 state version it is a 4 to 2 manifold pointed down, towards the driver and to the front. The CA version is a single but large port (4 to 1). These are found on the 1988 to 92 4 cylinder (3A engine) cars in the US and the Audi 90 in Canada. The rear exhaust flange is unusual, so get it at the same time from a junker.
