Paul, not good. 1st, go under the bus and unbolt the linkage bracket that is the closest to the tranny. It is on the passanger side near. Two 13mm wrenches are needed. Now try to move the piece the goes INTO the tranny by hand. Try to move it towards the REAR of the bus (which would be going towards neutral). If you can't get it to move..... pull the tranny and send it in for a rebuilt.
