Hello Vanagoners,

My 1.9 manual trans starter has the sticky throw-out arm problem. Plus every
now and then it seems like it doesn't have the torque to turn the engine
over on a hot start.

I saw a gear reduction type starter on 'Go Westys' specials page. I imagine
I'll give it a try and report on how it goes. It's $230 new. Who makes it? I
don't know.
