The one Ken mentions sounds like the Fox manifold. I can't recall the specific years, but it's the one that has been recommended to me. You just bolt it on and get an exhaust shop to make a downpipe for it to connect to the stock muffler. I plan on doing exactly that once I get it up an running with the diesel manifold (easier to drive to the muffler shop.) I'm going to scour the boneyards looking for a good condition Fox manifold to grab. If I can't find one, $80 sounds like a pretty good deal.
