Gosh, that makes me glad I live in Arizona. One of the nice things here is that climate is so elevation dependent and Arizona is so mountainous. Where I live (4500'), it is not too hot in the summer, and still has enough winter for a couple of minor snowfalls, but if I'm cold, I just drive downhill, and uphill to cool off. I can go from low desert (warm even in the winter) to spruce/fir forest (cool all summer) within 50 miles of my house. Good camping all year.
