I've found that the easiest way to replace plug wires and make sure that you don't screw anything up is to replace them one at a time, so you can tell what goes where.

Alternatively, the cap is set up generally in spatial relation to the cylinders, so the cap plug that is in the upper left of the cap goes to the cylinder in the upper left, etc, and the middle wire goes to your ignition coil.

But it's oh so much easier to do it with no mistakes if you do one wire at a time.
