| I have never EVER seen a negative post about Ken and Vanagain service or
| parts. I have used him many times for parts and everything has arrived as
| promised in the time promised. I had one issue with a part once and Ken
| quickly turned into a solution to my satisfaction.

| My experience with Ken is he is a hardworking, honest, helpful,
knowledgable,
| efficient, low-priced and friendly business owner.

| I know these Bus Depot service posts become long back and forths that
| understandably irritate some. But, to drag it on a bit, I would add I
think
| Vanagain and Bus Depot offer different services. And I just hate to see
| Vanagain who I think has shown themselves to be an A+ vendor, pulled in to
a
| potential bad service discussion when Vanagain is not the vendor at issue.
