Man, remind me to never do business on a web list. I have never seen so much detailed public analysis of a business and it's practices as I have seen of bus depot. Right or wrong, good or bad, I am in awe. I don't think Ron could buy a consultant at any price who could give as thorough an analysis of his business as he gets from this list. I can't imagine opening my e-mail every day to find this much discussion/argument/complaining about the details of my business. I am not going to address Ron's business practices, because I have never ordered from him and if I did have a problem I would talk to him directly. Life is full of problems, we all have them. I tried to send Matthew a seat almost a month ago, and it still sits in a warehouse somewhere. Maybe I should come on the list and vilify the owner of that shipping company, but I won't. I could tell you how messy the warehouse is, how I had to put up with cigarette smoke in the office, that I would never do business with them again, that no one should use them in the future. It won't do anyone any good. Besides, they are still the cheapest way to ship. And I bet all of the other items shipped that day were fine. It seems like some folks are using public humiliation as a sort of blackmail to get their way with Ron. It's sad. I'm just glad that my business isn't under such a magnifying glass. Not that I don't treat people well, or have bad practices, or anything like that. I would be afraid that if something did come up, I could never do enough to fix it in the public eye. Maybe Ron should give double-money-back to anyone who vents their problems on the list, and free overnight shipping to all listmembers, in addition to their 75% discount. That should be enough to make up for a shipping delay or a wrong part number.

Bill
