I had mine replaced last year after a rear seal failure.Started leaking engine oil and first caused the clutch to chatter, then started the clutch to slip. Here's how it went.

Parts from Ken Wilford (superb service)

New Sachs Clutch Kit - (about $120 as I recall - but it's been a while) pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing, clutch seal (rear seal - large grooved rubber ring with a spring in the groove - should come with the kit) pilot bearig tool.

Flywheel re-faced by machine shop ($35)

Tranny removed for easier installation.

Since the upper C/Vs had to be disconnected anyway, I went ahead and had the axle shafts removed completely and had the C/V's serviced. I did not want to have to go back into any part of the power train anyutime soon.

Everything has worked perfect ever since.
