David, I would replace the sleeve that the thowout bearing rides on, as well. If it has any wear, it can lead to early throwout bearing failure which can mean doing everything and more again in 10K miles or so.

I speak from experience. The previous owner of my bus replaced the clutch twice, once at 80K miles, once at 90K miles, and then sold it. I replaced it at 100K miles after a catastrophic failure 300 miles from home. I was lucky and was directed to an excellent mechanic and now have over 130K miles behind us.
