Volks:

Well, here I am again asking about the headlights on my new-to-me 84.
The symptoms are: Low beams only (I guess they are the high beams, the
blue light on the dash doesn't stay on).  Based on the responses I
received when I last asked this question, I replaced the headlight
switch, the ignition switch, and even on of the headlights.  Still
nothing.  The lights will work only on low.  When the dimmer switch is
tripped the lights become noticeably brighter and the high beam
indicator comes on, then when released they go out.  Switch again, and
they work on low. The fuses look good.
