Subject: FS: Bike Rack for Vanagon

Hi, Volks;

I have a Yakima bike rack setup that attaches to the rear hatch of any Vanagon. The setup incudes two (2) Steelhead holders, four (4) Q-Towers and attachment Clips, two (2) wheelholders, two (2) 66" round bars, and six (6) SKS lock cores with keys. The whole package is in very good condition. The rack system can ultimately handle four or five bikes.

This type of setup has been discussed in past List posts and should appear in the Archives.

Of course, this same system could also be attached to any other gutterless vehicle you own (given the correct attachment Clips).

The retail on all this stuff is about $475. I'd like get $275 + shipping (from 97520 zip code). It's a nice way to carry bikes, as the rear hatch position maintains a nice aerodynamic slipstream, and the rear hatch can be opened with bikes attached (pretty slick, actually).

If you're interested in individual elements of this system they will be available on eBay in about a week or so.

Cheers,

--George Chapman
