Relatively. Unless there's a better way,  I found the toughest part
having to deal with the headliner without breaking anything.  Basically
just remove the couple bolts from around the outside of the rack, then I
think there are two inside it that go through to the interior of the
van.  You have to stick your arm inside the headliner to get at the
backside of the bolt where the nut is (if I recall correctly)..  Other
than that, it's very easy.. and yes, very dirty..  :)
