Would anyone who has recently, successfully, and 100% legally imported a Vanagon from Canada to the US by driving it across the border themselves please contact me via p-mail... I've already done a lot of research into this and I'm familiar with all the various customs forms and requirements etc., but I'd like to hear how other people have handled license plates and insurance prior to actually registering the vehicle upon returning home.
