Is this the same setup on all VW's? My 69 Type III turn signals won't return when i use them, and then last year the horn would start honking when I turned the wheel (no really ladies, it was an accident. the car honked on its own). Will both problems be fixed with a new turn signal switch (which includes the lever IIRC?) Thanks Jeff > Under the steering wheel.
