funny you mention that... i just happen to have one on ebay right now...

So let me give you the scoop. Installing the swivel was pretty easy actually being that i have access to a welder. All you do is remove the seat, weld on the new swivel and put the seat back on. Really that easy. But there are some things that you should know. First place, the swivel in a non-swivel bus will raise the seat about 1". It will also put the seat more forward, which i see as not very desirable. You also need to modify the battery compartment door- stock is too long by about 3". BTW, some people won't weld this in place for you because of the potential liability with putting in new seat tracks and all.

But with that said- i would certainly put the swivel in another non-swiveling bus, but would do some things different. I would cut the old tracks out and somehow get teh seat to sit lower. I would also see what it takes to get the seat to sit farther back so the passanger has more leg room.

www.gowesty.com has a bolt-in variety for over 100$. You may be able to pick one up at a junkyard for 15 to 20$, but be sure to bring a cutting torch or grinder to remove it.
