Subject:      Electrical Question -Hazards/Parking Lights

While we're talking about the parking lights and hazards, I've noticed
something a bit strange.

If I turn off my ignition, then my radio turns off.  Seems normal.  But if I
turn on the hazards while the engine is off, the radio comes back on.

Anybody else experience this?
Is this just a common van quirk?
