My brother called me this morning and told me that his Odometer and trip odometer stopped working this morning on his '91 Vanagon. I know you can buy a new one from Volkswagen and he can get one from a yard but what about rebuilding/repairing the original unit? Are there any instructions on how to do this or are there any companies that provide this service?

Thanks,

Toma
