I installed a Kenwood MP8017 in my BMW, its a cd player that also plays MP3 cds. This is a much better option, in my opinion. CD-Rs are like $0.20 and you can hold about 180 songs on 1. Plus the whole deck is a radio and normal cd player as well. 45 watts too. only about $220 on yahoo shopping.
