It's been a little over a week and I have driven my vanagon almost every day since the install of the S&S headr system and I have made some adjustments but somewhere some part of the exhaust is hitting and it's really hard to determine where. It is only noticable when the engine is still not fully warmed up and when staring out from a dead stop.I guess some part of it is hitting when I accelerate from a stop because you have some movement of the drive train. And I guess it goes away when warmed because things expand and get a little stiffer. I am only guessing and am really starting to get frustrated. The system is also louder then I thought it would be. I will keep trying. John 1990 vanagon gl
