I'm reminded of the time ('70s) when the Governor of Georgia caused his picture to be taken and published across the land, standing in front of a billboard at the state line which said "Welcome to Georgia. Don't get fleeced in a clip joint. Don't get caught in a speed trap." I believe the Georgia version of the speed trap was a 25 mph sign around a blind curve on a highway, with a policeman standing about five feet past the sign. david
