Subject: Trip Diary-Vanagons in South America
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi Folks

A year ago today, we were in flight between San Jose, Costa Rica, and Miami on the second leg of a flight from Guayaquil, Ecuador. Our arrival in Miami marked the end of a nearly 30,000 mile trip through nine countries done by 7 people in two Vanagons and a loaf. I have worked for the past several months on a web site documenting our trip. If interested, the address is http://www.hscdataline.com/SAmTrip.htm

At that address, you can find links to my diary which is accompanied by photos as well as photo albums from each country plus some maps showing our route. Only the photo albums for Brasil and Venezuela are complete but by the end of June, all albums should be complete. I hope you enjoy the site. It is my first try at a web page. Many pages are slow loading if you have a dial-up modem as I do.
