Willy and all, FYI, here in the states if you refuse a search request by police, you better get ready for a VERY long roadside stop with lots of dogs and upset cops ripping things apart without regard...BTDT. Refusing a police search is bad, very bad. Wrong it may be but you gotta figure if they let you refuse a search, what's the point?

JB -refused once and spent 3 months getting my '69 Bay back together, parts were scattered 50 yards (45.72 meters) either direction of the van and took 4 hours just collecting the parts. They even removed the drivetrain to get the fuel tank. I volunteered to help but instead found myself sitting roadside in cuffs watching the chaos. NOTHING was found.
