Not budging on your *constitutional* right IS NOT PROBABLE CAUSE!
That may not keep him from searching your van anyway, but now he
knows *he's* crossed the line of the law.

You may not keep him from searching your vehicle, but you can keep
him from doing it with a clear conscience.

Decline all illegal searches. Politely and firmly.
