Yep they searched me too one weekday morn at 2AM. I said "Sure you can, waste our time and tax dollars see if I care". They only shined flash lights inside the van cargo area. Then he started feeling my pant pockets and thats when I said "HEY! I said you can search my van but I didnt say you could search me, I think you are violating my privacy here". So i think he got scared becouse I acted more or less like a law student. I got a fixxit ticket for driving with expired tags(it was current although I didnt place the sticker on the plate yet)

All and all I believe it depends on your district so laws may vary. But it helps to have NO bumper stickers, short hair, and no piercings. (i had long hair,surfer- type bumper stickers and a dirty van with a dented up bumper/expired tags, again it was current although I didnt place the sticker on the plate yet.

Cops are usually not too bright IMO...I mean, dont they know criminal profiling is BS? I mean if im smuggling any thing Id try to at least do it in a 95 Chevy Caprice. Only an idiot would smuggle drugs in a DeadHeadmobile A.K.A Hippy Bus A.K.A Stoner Bus, and many other stereotypes that I missed.
