Success!! I found a sink basket strainer assembly through the catalogue of The Trailer Shop in Danvers, MA (978-750-6799). Manufactured by ProPlus and fits like a charm!!! Screws right into the P-Trap and even has a rubber gasket that can be used to replace the one under the sink. They also carry the basket only, which seats perfectly in the OEM drain.
